Creative Worldbuilding
Campaign concepts, visual language, casting, production oversight, and art direction shaped into one coherent brand story.
Not content creation. Cultural direction.
A creative house and cultural extension of Maison de Veux Models, building brand worlds defined by depth, precision, and longevity.
We partner with fashion brands, founders, and cultural businesses that want their visual world and operating presence to feel intentional from the first impression forward.
Casa de Veux is a cutting-edge fashion creative and marketing agency that blends artistry with strategy — empowering fashion brands to thrive through innovative creative solutions, impactful marketing, and trend-forward storytelling.
Campaign concepts, visual language, casting, production oversight, and art direction shaped into one coherent brand story.
We connect brand identity, audience clarity, content planning, and launch thinking so each project moves with purpose.
From elevated websites to tailored portals, we build digital experiences that look strong, operate clearly, and support growth.
Casa de Veux operates with the discipline of a major agency and the clarity of founder-led vision. Every decision is intentional, every detail considered — for heritage houses protecting long-built equity and emerging labels defining their future.
We recognize casting as a pivotal element in weaving a fashion brand's narrative — curating a diverse ensemble of personalities, faces, and talents that authentically embody the brand's values.
We integrate set design and project management into one unified approach — from initial concept to final delivery, overseeing both the aesthetic environment and the logistics that bring a campaign to life.
A brand's essence should transcend the campaign. Through meticulous creative direction, we orchestrate immersive brand experiences, translating each label's spirit into visual narrative.
Casa de Veux is led directly by its founder — no account-manager layer between strategy and execution. Every client works with the same creative director from first conversation to final delivered asset, a structure built deliberately to keep the work consistent and the relationship direct.
Elevating concepts.
Delivering distinction.
Concept to culmination.
Brand and market audit: positioning, prior campaigns, and where the current visual language is falling short.
Stakeholder alignment: goals, budget guardrails, and a single shared point of view for the season ahead.
Brand systems refresh: visual language, voice, and a modular content playbook.
Launch engine: one anchor campaign plus weekly content sprints across social and product pages.
Growth foundations: email/SMS flows, paid creative tests, and a live performance dashboard.
Sell-in tools: current-season lookbook, line sheet, press one-pager, and targeted outreach.
Season-over-season retainers: recurring campaign cycles instead of one-off projects.
Performance review cadence: monthly check-ins against the live dashboard, adjusting spend and creative direction.
Cultural and cross-industry opportunities surfaced as they align with the brand's trajectory.
A standing creative and production team who already know the brand — no re-onboarding each season.
A full-cycle creative practice — from first positioning conversation to final delivered asset.
Campaign, editorial, and brand work across our client roster — filterable, and always growing.
We turn the operating system behind Maison de Veux into custom-branded portals for model agencies and casting directors. Roster, bookings, castings, calendar, CRM, media, travel, documents, finance, messages, talent access, client review, and team workflows connect as one system — then we reshape the experience around your brand, markets, roles, and way of working.

Open Demo ↗CAVYRE is not a generic admin template. We start with the jobs your team performs every day, map the information that moves between them, then design the portal around those decisions. That lets a model agency, casting office, or hybrid talent company use the same design discipline without being forced into the same exact workflow.
A central desk for the team running talent across markets, from first scouting conversation through confirmed booking and payment.
A project-led workspace for organizing talent, submissions, client communication, sessions, selects, availability, notes, files, and follow-up.
For businesses that sit between management, production, creative, and casting — built as a modular system rather than separate disconnected apps.
Maison de Veux is the live operating proof behind CAVYRE — not the visual template every client receives. CAVYRE translates your identity into the product: logo, naming, typography, color, navigation language, dashboard hierarchy, tone, and the way information is presented.
Your portal carries your visual identity from login screen through reports, profiles, client packages, and user-facing portals.
We define what lives where, what should be one click away, and how your team moves between roster, clients, projects, money, travel, and communication.
Founders, directors, bookers, assistants, finance, talent, clients, and outside partners can each receive a different view of the same underlying system.
A booking can connect to the model, client, contact, calendar, documents, travel, invoice, and task trail instead of being recreated across multiple tools.
The desk is designed for real use across laptop, tablet, and mobile — not just to look good in a pitch presentation.
These screens show the working design language CAVYRE developed for Maison de Veux. Use the menu to move through the operating system. A client build can keep this depth while being redesigned around a completely different brand, hierarchy, and module set.

The portal opens with one operating view across the agency: active models, bookings, castings, packages, commission signals, urgent tasks, travel status, development alerts, and recent client activity.
CAVYRE is designed around connected records, not disconnected pages. A model, client, casting, booking, trip, document, invoice, or task is created once. Every screen that needs that information references the same underlying record, so the team is not retyping the same facts into a calendar, spreadsheet, WhatsApp thread, finance file, and website.
Build the talent, client, casting, booking, trip, or contact record with the fields your company actually uses.
Attach the right people, dates, status, documents, media, rates, travel, messages, and tasks to that record.
Founders, agents, finance, talent, clients, and partners see different actions while still working from the same source.
Dashboards, alerts, schedules, packages, readiness checks, reports, and portal views update from the live operating data.
It is the best example of how the platform connects. One confirmed job can touch the talent record, client CRM, calendar, usage terms, documents, team tasks, travel, finance, and the model-facing portal without becoming nine separate copies of the same booking.
The company, contact, brief, rates, usage, and communication are connected to the opportunity.
Selected talent, availability, measurements, portfolio, market, and representation stay attached.
Casting, fitting, travel, call time, shoot, option, hold, and booking dates appear in the right calendars.
Tasks, approvals, notes, contracts, call sheets, confirmations, and required documents follow the job.
Travel and visa needs can be surfaced while fees, commissions, expenses, invoices, and payment status remain linked.
The model sees what they need; leadership sees job status, revenue signals, risk, and activity from the same record.
Department, market, measurements, contacts, mother agency, media, documents, availability, notes, and development live in Model 360 instead of separate sheets.
Connected result: the same model can feed packages, castings, bookings, public profile data, model login, travel readiness, and reports.New digitals, polaroids, portfolio images, comp-card selects, and files are attached to the talent record and can be surfaced anywhere that record is used.
Connected result: internal agents, client packages, public profiles, and talent-facing views can reference the approved media set.The brief can connect client contacts, talent submissions, availability, package delivery, notes, session times, callbacks, holds, and booking conversion.
Connected result: the casting appears in schedules, talent communication, client review, agent dashboards, and the history of everyone involved.Flights, hotels, trains, housing, emergency contacts, confirmations, market dates, passport data, visa status, and document readiness can live together.
Connected result: the agent can see readiness while the talent sees the itinerary relevant to them without receiving the entire internal file.Contacts, category, market, outreach, last conversation, next step, notes, packages, castings, meetings, and booking history stay connected to the company.
Connected result: a new booker can understand the relationship without digging through someone else's inbox.Confirmed rates, usage, commissions, expenses, invoice status, model statements, and payment follow-up can remain attached to the original booking.
Connected result: finance sees the commercial record while agents keep the booking context and leadership sees real reporting. The platform does not need four disconnected databases to create four experiences. The agency, talent, client, and partner portals can sit on top of the same approved records with different permissions, navigation, and actions.
The core stores the working relationships between people, talent, companies, projects, dates, media, files, money, and communication. Permissions determine who can see, change, approve, or act on each part.
Full operating access based on staff role: roster, projects, bookings, CRM, money, travel, files, team, and reporting.
Schedule, castings, bookings, travel, documents, messages, measurements, profile updates, and approved payment information.
Shortlists, packages, media, feedback, casting status, documents, approvals, and project-specific communication.
Shared model status, market information, travel, documents, placement notes, packages, and selected financial or commission visibility.
Established systems such as cDs, Mediaslide, Syngency, and Mainboard are serious agency-management products with booking, imaging, accounting, websites, talent access, and other industry tools. CAVYRE is positioned differently: we take a proven connected portal core and implement it as a branded operating environment around how your company is structured.
That puts CAVYRE between two common choices: subscribing to a vendor-shaped platform or paying a software studio to build an entire system from scratch. The goal is to keep the operational depth of agency software while giving the client more control over brand, navigation, roles, workflow language, and the way multiple portals connect.
Competitor capabilities and commercial terms change over time. This comparison describes CAVYRE's positioning rather than claiming that every competing product works the same way.
A CAVYRE build is modular. We select, remove, rename, or reshape desks based on the operating model. The result can be a lean casting system or a full agency platform with multiple user portals.
KPIs, alerts, activity, deadlines, and operating signals.
Profiles, measurements, boards, status, media, and history.
Options, holds, confirmations, fees, usage, and job details.
Briefs, submissions, sessions, selects, callbacks, and status.
Team, model, casting, fitting, shoot, and travel schedules.
Brands, clients, casting directors, outreach, and relationship history.
Talent selections, presentations, client sends, and response tracking.
Contracts, releases, IDs, permits, uploads, and approvals.
Itineraries, housing, documents, eligibility, and readiness.
Invoices, receivables, commissions, payables, and reconciliation views.
Internal, talent, client, and partner communication in context.
Roles, permissions, ownership, approvals, and accountability.
We treat portal work like a product engagement, not a one-page web design. The first phase is understanding how the business moves. Design begins after we know the users, records, permissions, and operational decisions the product must support.
Team, users, markets, pain points, existing tools, and goals.

CAVYRE can be purchased in two ways. Use Casa Cloud as a managed SaaS platform with a lower upfront Portal Build & Launch fee, or purchase a licensed copy of the Casa Portal Framework for your agency with a larger one-time investment. The technology is the same operating foundation; the commercial model is different.
Best for agencies that want Casa to host, maintain, update, back up, and support the environment. Every Casa Cloud plan has the same $250 Portal Build & Launch fee, then a monthly platform plan based on the size and depth of your operation.
Best for agencies that want their own branded deployment of the existing CAVYRE portal framework rather than an ongoing software subscription.
Every Casa Cloud plan uses the same $250 Portal Build & Launch fee. It covers the hands-on work required to turn CAVYRE into your agency environment: branding, setup, permissions, initial data mapping, QA, team onboarding, and launch. Your monthly plan changes with the size, capacity, and intelligence level your agency needs.
For a boutique agency, casting office, or new team moving out of spreadsheets.
For an active agency or casting company that needs the full day-to-day operating loop.
For multi-market management groups running deeper operations, partners, travel, and finance.
For agency groups, casting networks, and larger operations that need expandable capacity, AI Premium, and deeper configuration.
What the $250 launch fee pays for. Brand installation, agency name/domain setup, boards and departments, office structure, staff roles, permissions, workflow statuses, initial data mapping, QA, training, and go-live support. Large or complex migrations are quoted separately.
What the monthly plan pays for. Platform access, Casa-managed hosting, backups, core updates, maintenance, and support. Third-party usage such as SMS, e-signature volume, payment processing, or paid external APIs is billed only when used.
Additional users. Each managed plan includes the internal-user allowance shown in the plan. Additional internal users are $45 per user per month beyond that allowance.
This path is for agencies that do not want the standard SaaS relationship. Casa takes the existing portal framework and creates a dedicated branded deployment for one agency or casting business. The agency owns its data, content, and branding; the underlying CAVYRE framework remains Casa intellectual property and is licensed for that client's use.
A dedicated version of the portal as it exists today, configured around your agency instead of rebuilt from zero. This is the strongest option for a company that wants to purchase its portal build up front while keeping the full custom website + portal recreation as a separate future project.
That is a separate CAVYRE Custom Digital System engagement. We can redesign the public website, recreate the portal UX, merge the website and internal data flow, build new modules, and develop a fully original agency ecosystem rather than using the standard Casa portal frame.
The exact deliverables depend on scope, but every engagement is designed around ownership, clarity, and day-to-day use — not a mockup that stops at approval.
CAVYRE projects are scoped after discovery because a casting desk for five users is different from a multi-market agency platform with talent and partner portals.
No. Maison de Veux is the working reference for the depth and operating logic. Your product is redesigned around your brand, naming, team structure, markets, permissions, and workflow.
Yes. A build can begin with the operational core — for example roster, calendar, bookings, and CRM — then expand into finance, travel, partner access, messaging, or other desks later.
Yes. For casting teams, the product can shift from roster-first to project-first: briefs, talent submissions, client review, sessions, selects, holds, availability, files, communication, and billing.
Yes. When the scope calls for it, separate user experiences can be created so each audience sees only the records and actions relevant to them.
We can plan migration from spreadsheets or existing tools as part of discovery and QA. The migration approach depends on the quality, format, and volume of the source data.
Casa Cloud is the lower-upfront SaaS option: Casa hosts and maintains the environment while the agency pays a monthly platform plan. The Portal Framework option is a larger one-time licensed build for an agency that wants its own dedicated branded deployment. Both use the CAVYRE operating foundation; the commercial relationship is different.
The same $250 launch fee applies to every Casa Cloud plan. It pays for the hands-on setup required before an agency can actually operate: logo, colors, portal identity, domain setup, departments and boards, markets, staff roles, permissions, workflow statuses, initial data mapping, QA, training, and launch. Large or complex migrations can be scoped separately.
No. Your agency owns its data, uploaded content, client records, talent records, and brand assets. The underlying CAVYRE framework remains Casa intellectual property and is licensed to your agency for its own portal. Resale or using the framework to build systems for third parties is not included.
Yes. An agency can begin on Casa Cloud and later move into a licensed Portal Framework or a fully custom digital system. Migration and any custom redevelopment are scoped based on the environment at that time.
Yes. Basic roster or website connections can be scoped as extensions. A full website redesign, unified website + portal data experience, or complete recreation of the system is treated as a separate Custom Digital System project.
No. Each CAVYRE tier includes a block of internal users. Additional internal users are $45 per user per month after the plan allowance, which keeps growth predictable without turning every new hire into a major software increase.
